Here they kinda just pop in or come in from a shimmering portal like with Hibiki, but it is better to clearly define something like this as it is something you’ll likely need to depict under different circumstances and from different perspectives. An early version of Project Aether had giant versions of the cards appear on the battlefield and the effect would pop out of it like it was a portal. I thought that may seem a bit too goofy if a duel ever got serious. They now manifest in pixels, similar to how cards manifest in this version. | ||||
