The very first Action Hat antagonist was King Douche (who predated Partner, actually), who was just, like, a generic looking king that no one liked. The next antagonist was a guy named Dr. Science, who was a scientist who would yell some science fact and run away, annoying Partner. As blessed by the muses as those characters were, I decided to stick with the guy who was really fond of his own name.
