Here is where we learn that Zahra’s condition isn’t unique, is quite serious, and is a major contributing factor of why she’s treated so poorly by the other survivors. If I had a bigger canvas I would have shown more of Hospice. It is meant to fill a sizable portion of the settlement, implying that most of the survivors end up here.
